Instrument selection and sizing, datasheets, hook-up drawings, loop diagrams, and instrument index — engineered for maintainability, not just for the P&ID.
Panel fabrication
Control panels, marshalling cabinets, and LV/MCC panels fabricated and wired in our own workshop, with full point-to-point continuity and functional testing before dispatch.
Installation supervision
Cable routing and termination supervision, loop checking, and instrument calibration on site — executed against the same documentation set produced in design.
Commissioning & start-up
Structured pre-commissioning, SAT, loop tuning, and performance verification through to stable operation and formal handover with as-built documentation.
Support & upgrades
Post-handover support, spares planning, obsolescence management, and staged upgrades — by the team that already knows your system, because we built it.
How a project moves
A fixed sequence with defined deliverables at every gate — so you always know what has been approved, what is being built, and what is left.
Define
Deliverable: basis of design. Site survey, review of existing drawings and systems, requirement capture, and a written scope both sides sign off before engineering starts.
Engineer
Deliverable: approved design package. Architecture, panel GA and wiring drawings, instrument datasheets, I/O lists, and logic narratives — issued for your review and formally approved.
Build
Deliverable: FAT-passed system. Panels fabricated and software developed in-house, then tested together against the approved design in a witnessed factory acceptance test.
Install & commission
Deliverable: SAT report. Installation supervision, loop checks, calibration, site acceptance testing, and start-up support through to stable operation.
Hand over & support
Deliverable: as-built dossier. Complete as-built documentation, operator familiarisation, and a defined support arrangement — not a goodbye.
An engineering company with a workshop, not a trading company with a catalogue
Refitek was built around a simple observation: most control-system problems on site are not design problems or fabrication problems — they are hand-off problems. A consultant designs, a panel shop builds, an installer wires, and nobody owns the gaps in between.
We removed the gaps by keeping the whole chain in one team. Our engineers write the control narrative, draw the loops, stand at the wiring bench during fabrication, run the FAT, and then go to site to commission what they built. When something needs to change — and on real projects it always does — the change is handled by the same people, against the same documentation, under the same contract.
